GTA: San Andreas – The Introduction
In Los Santos, in the western state of San Andreas, two cops discuss what they are going to do about a new recruit soon to join them. The larger one named Tenpenny is more concerned about an existing officer who’s threatening to squeal about their rather excessive ways of keeping the streets clean.

CJ arrives back in Los Santos and is immediately framed for the murder of Police Officer Ralph Pendlebury. Pendlebury was working for C.R.A.S.H. (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) and was killed when he didn’t agree with their “by any means necessary” approach. In fact Pendlebury was shot by new recruit Jimmy Henandez.
