CJ arrives back in Los Santos and is immediately framed for the murder of Police Officer Ralph Pendlebury. Pendlebury was working for C.R.A.S.H. (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums) and was killed when he didn’t agree with their “by any means necessary” approach. In fact Pendlebury was shot by new recruit Jimmy Henandez.

There are 3 main Ballas sets – “Front Yard Ballas”, “Kilo Tray Ballas” and “Rollin’ Heights Ballas”.

Hangouts:
Wherever they control the turf. Mainly around Idlewood, Los Santos.
Vehicles:
Majestic, Tahoma.

Hangouts:
The southern areas of Los Santos, mainly El Corona.
Vehicles:
Broadway, Hermes, Tornado, Glendale, Savanna.
Dress:
Mostly cheap casual clothing. Gangs show their allegiances by wearing their gangs’ colour. The Varrios’ colour is turquoise.
Known Associates:
Catalina (Cesar’s cousin),
While not a perfect relationship, they have occasionally allied with the Grove Street Families.
