Where do you think GTA should go next? So far we've visited Liberty City 4 times, Vice City and San Andreas twice. Liberty is based on New York, Vice on Miami, and San Andreas is a take on California and Nevada. Rockstar were a little more blatant about their influences with their GTA1 expansion packs. London 1969 & London 1961 were both set in England's capital while an on-line feature of '61 allowed for a trip to another British City - Manchester. Of course, GTA isn't restricted to a certain time period and has even ventured to a near future metropolis in GTA2. I don't mind where the next Grand Theft Auto is based. I'm sure Rockstar will do a fine job of taking a realworld location and tailoring to fit the GTA universe. As long as it's a good game and moves the series forward I don't mind if it's Japan or Hawaii or Columbia or Chicago... or wherever. This page is a place to argue your case for a particular location. Your sole reason for wanting a place may just be because you live there, but you'll need more than that. If you feel you have a good idea for a future location and can state why it would make a great game, then I want to hear from you. If you have a concept for a new game in the GTA series and can write why you think it is a good idea then please send it to me and I'll add it. Similarly, if you already have a page for this then I will link to it from here. Please write more than "Carcer City cos that would b cool" and also consider the time period and if any movies or TV Shows could influence the look and atmosphere to the place.
